Lindsey C. Lee, PharmD, BCACP, is a clinical pharmacist at The Ohio State University Division of General Internal Medicine clinics.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from The Ohio State University. She then completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and PGY2 ambulatory care residency at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Lindsey provides individualized and patient-centered care through the management of diabetes, hypertension, behavioral health, HIV PrEP, nicotine dependence, and weight management. She also collaborates with the interdisciplinary teams in the general internal medicine clinics to minimize barriers to medication access and provide clinical pharmacy services including medication monitoring and adherence counseling, comprehensive medication reviews, and population health management.
