Sarah Leupold, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist at The Ohio State University Division of General Internal Medicine clinics.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kent State University and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University. She completed a PGY1 community pharmacy residency at Rocking Horse Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Springfield, OH. She then completed a PGY2 ambulatory care residency at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and General Internal Medicine clinics. In her current position, she provides individualized and patient-centered care through the management of diabetes, hypertension, behavioral health, HIV PrEP, nicotine dependence, and weight management. She also serves as the clinical pharmacist within the interdisciplinary General Internal Medicine Weight and Wellness Clinic. Lastly, she holds an adjunct faculty position at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy where she serves as an instructor in the Integrated Patient Care Lab.
