Clinical Interests

Ms. Sabato provides risk assessment and counseling to individuals and families with a history of eye diseases, including inherited retinal dystrophy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and anterior segment dysgenesis. Ophthalmic genetic consultation requires documentation of eye diseases in the family, risk assessment, and incorporation of genetic testing as necessary. Research Interests

Ms. Sabato’s research interests are in ophthalmic genetics. She has a particular interest in polygenic risk scores for ophthalmic conditions.
