About
Biography
In addition to my faculty position in the Department of Biomedical Informatics am an associate professor in the Department of Radiology, Director of the Small Animal Imaging Core for the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute, and Director of the Small Animal Imaging Shared Resource for the Comprehensive Cancer Center.
I am an imaging scientist, with extensive research experience in microscopy, small animal and clinical imaging, and image analysis. I have focused on the development of image post-processing techniques for quantitative image analysis of cancer, cardiac, and neurological applications. I am particularly interested in the development of novel image post-processing techniques for high-resolution microscopy and small animal in vivo micro-imaging technologies.
