Research Description: The Osteo Engineering Laboratory focuses on providing surgical simulation, procedure and device design, and implant fabrication for skeletal reconstructive surgery. We have projects ranging from tissue engineered, 3D printed, stem cell-The Osteo Engineering Laboratory focuses on providing surgical simulation, procedure and device design, and implant fabrication for skeletal reconstructive surgery. More specifically we have researched projects underway that involve computer aided design, bone stem cell culture, 3D printing of surgical guides and implants, and animal models of surgical procedures.
