The College of Medicine Staff Advisory Committee (COMSAC) is a working group of engaged employees who identify and lead efforts to enhance the staff experience within the College of Medicine. The committee advises the dean and serves as a liaison between staff and college leadership regarding ideas and issues that impact the workplace. This includes professional development, wellness, education and events.
If you are interested in applying for COMSAC membership, watch for a call for nominations each spring. COMSAC members must have worked at Ohio State for least two years and at the College of Medicine for at least one year.
