Jennifer Sabatino, PharmD, BCACP is a Clinical Pharmacist for The Ohio State University Division of General Internal Medicine Clinics and has an Assistant Professor- Practice appointment within the division. She is Site Coordinator for the PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Ambulatory Care at the OSU College of Pharmacy and General Internal Medicine Clinics and practices at Martha Morehouse Internal Medicine.
Dr. Sabatino obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Pharmacy in 2013 and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency training at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and University Health Connection in Columbus. She is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Specialist.
Dr. Sabatino provides clinical pharmacy services in an interdisciplinary education-based setting. She collaborates with resident and attending physicians to design therapeutic and monitoring plans and engages longitudinally with patients with diabetes, hypertension, behavioral health conditions, nicotine dependence, obesity, and those at risk of HIV. She provides medication management services for complex patients and serves as a drug information resource to the care team and the patients served.
She is actively engaged in research efforts with that focus on creating sustainable pharmacy services, completing quality improvement initiatives, and implementing population health approaches to improving patient care.
