Dr. Evans specializes in treating women during their midlife years in her role as a gynecologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Evans’ research is focused on how to better care for women as they go through menopause. She’s also committed to teaching medical students, nursing students, residents and practicing physicians about how best to care for midlife women. She’s certified by the North American Menopause Society as a menopause practitioner (NCMP).
Dr. Evans’ expertise includes using hormone therapy and alternative forms of therapy for menopause. She’s authored five book chapters on menopause, has lectured extensively on the topic and has co-edited one book on ambulatory care in obstetrics and gynecology.
