Joy LehmanJoy Lehman PharmD, BCNSP is an Associate Director in the department of pharmacy and is responsible for non-oncology infusion pharmacy services and ambulatory medication management. She also oversees pharmacy services for Ambulatory Surgery and Urgent Care. She has a passion for teaching and mentoring students and residents.

Dr. Lehman received her BS and PharmD at Ohio State and went on to complete a specialty practice residency in surgery and nutrition support at Ohio State. In 2020, she completed an MS in Health System Pharmacy Administration. She worked over 12 years as a specialty practice pharmacist at Ohio State with areas of focus that included the surgical intensive care unit, neonatal intensive care unit and maternal fetal medicine. Dr. Lehman had focused research contraception, hormone replacement and women’s health in addition to nutrition support of the preterm infant. Her current research focus is on standardization and expansion of infusion services both within and outside of the medical center.

Dr. Lehman serves on the following committees: Ambulatory Policy and Procedure, Ambulatory Quality, Ambulatory Emergency Response, Ambulatory Supervisory, Ambulatory Infusion Executive Committee and P&T Formulary. Outside of work Joy is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her family enjoying Columbus Metro Parks.
