Dr. Mary Petrovskis, PharmD, MS, BCPS is the Associate Director of Pharmacy at University Hospital – East Hospital, Ohio State Wexner Medical Center’s community hospital located in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus. Mary received her Bachelors and Doctorate of Pharmacy Degrees from The Ohio State University. She completed a two-year residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at UNC Hospitals and a Master of Science Degree in Health-System Pharmacy at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
Mary’s current responsibilities include inpatient and ambulatory operations, clinical pharmacy services, and regulatory and accreditation oversight for the campus. She also has pharmacy oversight for Talbot Hall, a comprehensive substance use disorder treatment center. She co-coordinates the Medication Safety course taken by the residents in their first year of their graduate program and serves as a preceptor for the PGY1 and HSPAL programs.
She is active in professional organizations and her professional interests include medication safety, technology and automation, controlled substance and diversion prevention, employee engagement, and patient access to care. Outside of work Mary enjoys spending time exploring with her family, gardening and cooking.
