Stephen R. Polley, PharmD, MPA, MS is an Associate Director at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Stephen completed his PharmD training and Master of Public Administration at the University of Kentucky. Stephen completed the combined PGY1/PGY2 MS in Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, Kansas.
After residency, in 2016 Stephen joined OSUMWC where he is now responsible for leadership of Oncology Infusion Services, James Medication Access, Investigational Drug Service and palliative clinical services. Professionally, Stephen has been involved with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA). Stephen previously served as the co- lead for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network’s (NCCN) Investigational Drug Service work group, which authored the NCCN IDS Consensus Recommendations in 2021. Stephen's professional interests include productivity, finance, and operational efficiencies.
Outside of work Stephen enjoys being a girl dad and husband, listening to audiobooks and keeping up with his favorite sports teams.
