Matt Briggs is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedics, researcher at the Sports Medicine Research Institute, lecturer in the Division of Physical Therapy and also serves as the director of the Sports Physical Therapy Residency for Sports Medicine. Dr. Briggs has received research funding from the National Institutes of Health, the Rheumatology Research Foundation, the Ohio Physical Therapy Association, the Ohio Athletic Trainer’s Association, the Ohio State Alumni Association and the Service Board at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He maintains part-time clinical practice in Ohio State Sports Medicine and assists with the Clinical Outcomes Research Coordinator program.
