About
Biography
I joined the Biomedical Informatics department as a post-doctoral researcher in 2010 working on RNAseq relating to pharmacogenomics. In 2015, I joined the Biomedical Informatics Shared Resource officially and provided bioinformatics support to researchers all across OSU. Currently I am a Research Assistant Professor continuing my collaborations and teaching introductory BMI courses. My research interests include anything 'omics and building reproducible pipelines for NGS analysis. I have expertise in next generation sequencing analysis, public database exploration such as TCGA, and functional enrichment.
