Research Interests
Dr. Dubey's cancer focus is to generate and test neo-antigen vaccines as a therapy for bladder cancer in conjunction with other immune therapies and standard-of-care treatments. The lab recently created murine carcinogen-induced bladder cancer cell lines to address these questions. The lab also studies the mechanism of the novel vaccine adjuvant, BcfA, and is developing and testing sub-unit vaccines adjuvanted with BcfA to elicit protective immune responses against the respiratory pathogens Bordetella pertussis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and SARS-Cov2.
