Research Focus
I currently serve an instructional role in the Department. In addition to directing courses such as Contemporary Topics in Neuroscience and an upcoming Intro to Neuroimmunology class, I contribute to course design and the development of new educational programming in Neuroscience.
On the side, I continue to pursue my research interests in behavioral neuroimmunology, nutritional neuroscience, aging neurobiology, and memory in collaboration with the Barrientos lab.
