My research interest is focused on dissecting the cellular and molecular mechanism underlying myelin formation and neural plasticity in health and disease.
Main techniques in the lab include genetics, experimental models of CNS trauma and demyelination, tract tracing, in vivo and ex vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics, calcium imaging, glutamate uncaging and behavioral tests.
