Our center is comprised of the 6th floor, basement, and Room 233 in Prior Hall. Our general business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you would like to schedule a session, fill out the request form using the link below. Please allow at least two business days for your request to be processed. For events involving simulation with a manikin, all of your session details must be finalized a minimum of 6 weeks before your session. For events involving standardized patients, we typically need at 4 least weeks advanced noticed.
All requests come directly to the center for review and you will receive a confirmation e-mail when your session is booked
