I specialize in addiction science and neurocognitive development at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

I am especially passionate about using research to enhance the care we offer to our patients. My current research is centered on the vital conditions for well-being among adolescents in relation to their neurocognitive development. I also focus on substance use prevention and overall mental health. My findings have been widely published in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs, Nature Neuroscience, and Health Psychology.

My role also includes helping to educate the next generation of providers. I am a tenure-track assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
