Lee_Natalie_720x720 Natalie Lee, MD, MPH, MSHP was awarded the 2025 Research Innovation Career Development Award (RICDA).  

Dr. Lee will be employing qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand and address barriers to implementation of team-based remote hypertension management in primary care. She is interested in pragmatic research embedded in clinical operations to ensure evidence-based care innovations reach patients faster and more effectively.

This award, sponsored by the College of Medicine, provides $75,000. It was developed to provide critical support to promising clinician/physician scientists at Ohio State to maintain the momentum of their scientific investigations.
