Space is one of our most important assets. With that, we take pride and set institutional priorities when considering space allocations. Space allocations are managed and reviewed centrally and are guided by performance-based metrics for effective and programmatic use of space. Wet lab space requires $400-600 annual total grant costs/sq. ft. (depending on the specific building); dry lab space is double.
For more information, please view the space request form (internal access only).
