The Administrative Support Team offers the following services:
- Answering phones and directing inquiries
- Scheduling and calendar management for Associate Deans and Office of Student Life staff (meetings, appointments, events)
- Document preparation (Letters of Good Standing)
- Tracking medical student compliance
- Reimbursements for Student Professional Development Grants
- Data entry
- Assistance with career advising meetings and Residency Match preparation
- Assistance with Signature Events and other College of Medicine events
- Travel arrangements for Associate Deans and Office of Student Life staff
- Ordering office supplies and submitting Workday requests for purchases
The College of Medicine Registrar offers the following services:
- Permanent records management and retention
- Registration/Enrollment support
- Verifications of medical education for licensure and employment
