Welcome from the Director

As a Navy Veteran, I am honored to lead STRIVE at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in the pursuit of providing innovative treatment to help people rediscover and create a meaningful purpose for their lives. My own journey includes serving as a clinical psychologist on active duty with the U.S. Navy, where I primarily treated military service members suffering from PTSD and suicidal thoughts and behaviors following injuries sustained during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Those experiences deeply shaped my commitment to helping individuals heal and thrive.
