- Sample analysis – multiple types of human, mouse, rat, canine and other animal samples
- Ultrasensitive measurement of many analytes – secreted and intracellular biomarkers including proinflammatory, cytokines, chemokines, angiogenesis, vascular injury and more
- Analytical methodologies – chemiluminscence, electrochemiluminescence, enzymatic immunoassays, chemical analysis and peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation

Yes, we provide the following blood collection tube types:
- 10 mL red top tubes (serum)
- 10 and 5 mL serum separator speckled/gold top tubes (serum)
- 10, 6, and 3 mL EDTA purple top tubes (plasma)
- 10 and 6 mL sodium heparin green top tubes (plasma)
- 4.5 mL lithium heparin mint top tubes (plasma)
- 2.7 mL sodium citrate blue top tubes (plasma)
All other tube types will need to be provided by the study or we can purchase them as a pass through cost.
Yes, we provide storage space for lab kits for study visits.
Yes, we provide storage for study shipping supplies.
Yes, we ship samples locally and internationally with IATA certification.
Yes, we have 24 hour/7 days per week temperature monitoring of samples at -20 and -80 C for the duration of in-house protocols.
No, we do not provide dry ice for shipping. You are responsible for ensuring dry ice is delivered on the day samples need to be shipped. The information for ordering dry ice is as follows:
Dry ice is ordered through Workday in 10 lb increments, in pellets. Please use the delivery location listed below and specify the required delivery date. It’s a good idea to place the order a few days in advance so it goes through approval and gets to Stores in time.

No, the study will need to provide any specialized reagents for processing.
Yes, we can transport IHIS and other labs to the hospital central lab for processing.
The general rule is one aliquot of sample per number of assays needed, plus one extra aliquot. This is to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
