Give to the Department of Anesthesiology

Anesthesiology General Support Fund Supporting programs and activities in the Department of Anesthesiology including but not limited to research, patient care, education and training, fellowship and lectureships, conferences and travel.
The Dominic and Lisa Mandalfino Memorial Fund in Anesthesiology Established March 6, 1992 by family and friends in memory of Drs. Dominic A. and Lisa Anne Gunyula Mandalfino. Income supports resident research and projects in the Department of Anesthesiology.
The Jay J. Jacoby, MD, PhD Chair in Anesthesiology Established July 8, 2005 by Helene Kurshan Jacoby in honor and memory of her husband. When principal reaches $1,500,000, distribution will support the chair of the Department of Anesthesiology, who is a nationally eminent anesthesiologist, professor of anesthesiology and an outstanding educator whose focus is to support the advancement of medical knowledge in the field through teaching, improved patient care and research. Unused distribution is reinvested to principal.
Anesthesiology Resident and Resident Alumni Outreach Fund For recognition/outreach/non-clinical preparation programs for The Department of Anesthesiology's current residents and resident alumni, such as ASA regional activities, graduating resident program.
Anesthesia Research and Education Enhancement Fund Supporting the pursuit of knowledge necessary to address the critical medical issues of our time in field of anesthesiology.
Dental Anesthesia Fund Supporting the needs of graduates in dental anesthesia.
Nursing Anesthesia Program Fund Supporting the nursing anesthesia program within the Department of Anesthesiology.
Ischemic Spinal Cord Injury and Cardiovascular Research Fund in Anesthesiology Supporting the work of Dr. Elsayed-Awad (or successor) in the Department of Anesthesiology for preclinical and clinical research and related activities, on ischemic spinal cord injuries, cardiothoracic or vascular anesthesia projects, especially projects related to new therapies or medical procedures to prevent paralysis caused by thoracoabdominal aneurysms known as TAAA-induced paraplegia.
OMFSPA Cancer Chemoprevention Fund For the compensation of students who are doing research in the Division of Oral Surgery, Pathology and Anesthesiology in the area of oral cancer chemoprevention.
