Didactic learning is offered primarily through weekly residency conferences and overlap with our orthopedic residency program to provide a comprehensive curriculum. Guided research activity is threaded throughout the program, with the residents choosing a project based on interest and available resources.

- One-one-one Mentoring 3 hours/week
