Core Labs and Research Centers

The core laboratories at the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute (DHLRI) provide 24/7 central technology support services for member research teams and for research initiatives throughout the Ohio State research community. In addition, DHLRI labs are pioneering new devices and applications that stretch the limits of these technologies for scientific inquiry.

Convenience is central to the mission of the core labs, with one point of access for registration, scheduling, billing, data transfer, and analysis. Expert assistance is offered to all so that even the most advanced technology can be used easily and efficiently by all researchers. Consultation is available for investigators, staff and trainees with regard to new or ongoing research, grant applications and manuscripts.
