Provides oversight for all administrative functions within the Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, including financial management, personnel management, marketing and performance measurements/improvements in the educational, clinical and research aspects of minimally invasive surgery. Additionally, she oversees the administrative activities related to the clinical assistant professorships in minimally invasive surgery, advanced therapeutic endoscopy and GI surgery.

Kaitlyn coordinates training labs for surgical residents across a variety of specialties. She organizes courses in conjunction with the ACCME office to provide appropriate accreditation to providers. Kaitlyn also provides physician observation opportunities to medical students interested in surgery.

Lori supports the robotic surgery education of residents and fellows. In addition to coordinating labs for a variety of specialties, she manages progress toward curriculum completion for all residents seeking robotic surgery certification.

John supports clinical faculty by taping and editing procedural videos for educational and research purposes. John also oversees teleconferencing and videoconferencing to internal and distant sites.
