Diane L. Gorgas, MD

Executive Director


Diane Gorgas, MD, is an associate professor of Emergency Medicine at the Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center. She has been active in global health work in Haiti since 2011. She is nationally involved with the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and sits on the Emergency Medicine Review Committee for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). She is a regular contributor to the Columbus Dispatch’s “To Your Health” section.​

Lisa Alianiello, PNP

Lisa Alianiello, PNP

Chief Nurse Educator


Lisa Alianiello, MS, APRN, NNP-BC/PNP-AC, is the chief nurse educator for the OSU Greif Neonatal Survival Program. Ms. Alianiello comes to the program with over 25 years of experience in nursing, dedicated to the care of children and infants, with special expertise as a nurse practitioner working in both Emergency Medicine and Neonatology. Most recently, her work at Nationwide Children’s Hospital has been focused on respiratory disorders of newborns and infants with complex lung disease needing prolonged mechanical ventilator support and lung maturity. Her interests in global health have been widely practiced, as demonstrated by her work in the Philippines, Nepal, Guatemala, Guyana, and Haiti.​


Pamela Potter

Associate Director


Pamela Potter serves as the associate director of the Office of the Global Health in the College of Medicine. Ms. Potter provides oversight of the daily administration and operation of the OGH. She is also the administrative director for the Health Sciences Center for Global Health. Prior to her role at OSU, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Dean for the Georgetown University School of Medicine.


Lynnsay Sinclair

Program Manager


Lynnsay Sinclair is the program manager for the Office of Global Health and the Health Sciences Center for Global Health. Ms. Sinclair administers Med 4 Global Health Electives and the day-to-day activities of the OGH, including counseling students interested in international health opportunities. Ms. Sinclair has experience working with medical students in several capacities over the last 10 years.
