The Office of Research Education's Medical Student Research Program aims to connect interested Medical Students to basic, clinical and translational research, mentors and funding opportunities. The items below are focused on helping our research mentors provide the best possible experience for our research scholars. *Please note MDSR awards fund original hypothesis driven research projects; systemic reviews, literature reviews, case reports, and non-hypothesis research projects do not qualify for funding and each mentor may only have up to two medical students funded through the MDSRS award.
