In Spring, ophthalmologists receive a Doximity email survey link to write in up to five U.S. “Best Hospitals”.

Open the email and follow the step-by-step instructions to vote. If you have not received a Doximity email please check below to see if you meet the requirements or need to claim your Doximity profile. See video below of email voting process. 

Below are instructions to register for Doximity. If you are a new Doximity member, please claim your account to vote and consider The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences.

Claim Your Profile

1. Enter your First and Last name in the appropriate fields and click Find My Profile
2. Fill in the appropriate fields regarding your occupation and practice location
3. Provide your email address and create a password then select Complete Registration
4. Doximity has a few stages of verification. Fill in the fields where an asterisk is marked
5. Your profile is now registered! Select get verified located in the orange ribbon to proceed
6. The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences appreciates your vote

Existing Doximity Members

1. Enter your First and Last name in the appropriate fields and click Find My Profile
2. If you have a profile already claimed, the screen will guide you on how to reset your password 

Step one

• Once logged into your account, you will see your Doximity dashboard.
• In the top right of the screen, you will see a small circle with your image.
• Hover over that image and select profile.

Step two

Click on Edit Your Profile to change information within your profile.

You will now be able to change any and all of the information within your profile such as name, title, office information, work history, education and training, awards, certifications, and more.
