Hobbies: Megan has a strong passion for medical education, specifically in mentorship and curricula design/implementation. After chief year, she plans to pursue hospital medicine! Outside of the hospital, Megan enjoys hiking (still working on making it to all the National Parks!), enjoying Columbus coffee shops & restaurants with her fiancé, & spending time with her very cute dog, Beck!

Brian O'Connor, MD

Hobbies: Brian has strong interests in graduate medical education, particularly in simulation and procedural training of residents. After his chief year, he plans to pursue a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship. Outside of work, Brian enjoys reading, going to the gym, exploring local parks with his partner, and playing board games with friends.

Hobbies: Mitch is passionate about advancing equity in medical education and improving how residents are trained to think critically in high-acuity settings. His commitment to inclusive care began in medical school, where he served as a core liaison for health equity education and supported learners in building affirming, patient-centered relationships. After completing his chief resident year at Ohio State, he plans to pursue a pulmonary and critical care fellowship with a focus on simulation-based training. Outside of work, Mitch enjoys running, exploring new restaurants in Columbus, and weekend hikes with his partner.
