Dr. James David Chlovechok, 52, of Cambridge, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at his home. He was born on Jan. 27, 1958, in Cambridge, son of the late John Chlovechok and Janet (Williams) Chlovechok Hinkley. Dr. Chlovechok was medical director and founder of Ohio Sports Medicine in Cambridge. He served on the Ohio State Athletic Boxing Commission. He was a physician for the Cambridge Bobcats and other area high schools, and a partner in the Cambridge MRI. He was a published author, and a graduate of Cambridge High School, Ohio University, and The Ohio State School of Medicine. He was a Mason, and a member of Guernsey Lodge 66, F&AM. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge. He leaves behind his five children, Kelsey, Parker, Molly, Brianna, and Cooper Chlovechok; the mother of his children, Anne (Mullen) Chlovechok; two sisters, Julie (Chuck) Laishley and Cristine (Bob) Hahn; brothers, John (Ginny) Chlovechok, David Hinkley, Stewart (Debbie) Hinkley, Roger (Teresa) Hinkley and Ed Hinkley; a grandchild, Kaiden James Lee Chlovechok; an uncle, James Williams; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and stepfather, Stewart Hinkley.
